History of the ikales
Ikale is one of the several dialects spoken by the yorubas, ikale share Ondo south senatorial district alongside Ilaje and Apoi with ilaje been the largest
Majority of Apoi are migrants from ikale but that is not the focus of this article(Shabomi kiribo igbobini and Ojuala have major migration pattern from Ikale and this explains why the Apoi speak a full mix of ikale and ilaje dialects
There was a few Apoi migrant(from modern day bayelsa but no one can say for sure who got there first and how they mixed up to become one community)
Ikale also shares boundary with odigbo local government which is made up of mainly Ondo people
Ikale also have kindred people in ogun state like Ayede Ayila Arafen and mobolorunduro
Places like Siluko Olumoye and some farm camps in edo state have considerable ikale population
The origins of ikale is mainly divided into 3 (though this author does not like such words)
