Expect more people oriented projects from Governor Fubara – Hon. Solomon Eke, Adviser on power to Rivers State Governor.
The Special Adviser to Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, on Power, Hon. Solomon Abel Eke has assured the people of Obio/ Akpor Local Government Area that more people oriented dividends of good governance will adorn the LGA and other parts of the state.
He encouraged them to continue supporting the Governor as he spreads developmental projects across the state.
The Special Adviser made this known Friday at a Grand Reception held in his honour by the people of Ward Six that comprises the five Communities of ; Rumuibekwe, Rumurolu, Oginigba Rumuogba and Woji.
Hon. Eke further reassured the large gathering that he would not let them down in the discharge of the responsibilities bestowed upon him by the Governor.
Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ward Six and host of the day, Comr Kingsley Nna commended Governor Fubara for remembering the people of Ward 6 and the bold step in choosing their very best option for the ardous job in the person of Hon. Solomon Abel Eke.
He expressed optimism that Hon. Solomon Eke, as a man of multiple competence and class, will deliver his quota towards the actualization of the developmental agenda of Governor Fubara.
On his part, NYCN Chairman Rivers State, Amb Chijioke Ihunwo enjoined the people to continue standing firm and resolute in their support for the Governor, adding that the Government of Fubara is a Government of all inclusiveness, assuring no one will be left behind.
The event also saw a large turnout of non-indigenes from the various communities, who all came out to applaud a man whom many of them described as ‘ worthy son of the soil’.
