CONTROVERSIAL ISLAMIC PREACHER, ALFA LEGBA CONDEMNS EGBIN ORUN AS HELL FIRE CANDIDATE.

Controversial Islamic preacher of Al-Sunna sect, simply known as Alfa Legba has come out to give scathing criticism of the dead Prophetess Egbin Orun.

The Islamic preacher said whatever good deed the prophetess had done for people does not matter, she was an idolater till death, so she is going to perdition (ṣòfò). This reminds of the same statement made by Mr. Teliat Yunus Olushina Ayilara, chief Imam Ogbomoso who polarized his community into two and said anybody that does anything outside Islam will go to perdition (ṣòfò).

Alfa Legba said the prophetess erred in many ways. The first is that she left Islam for Christianity and the sharia judgement for leaving Islam is capital punishment. Conversion from Islam to any other religion is a taboo in Islam and the offender must be killed.

He also said the prophetess erred by prophesying. Prophesying is a capital of fence in Islam according to him. He mocked the prophetess that why didn’t she see her own death coming?

Alfa Legba said Christians are idol worshippers and should be treated as such by any real Muslims.

He also condemns Fuji musicians with Muslim names like Saheed Òṣùpá and Wasiu Ayinde K1. He chastised K1 for going to sing in Egbin Orun’s church and accepting traditional title associated with idols, despite the fact that he has gone to Mecca shrine for pilgrimage.

This development is an indication that Yorùbá land is witnessing the emergence of new waves of extremists and hardliners who usually precede terrorist ideologies in a society.

Though Alfa Legba has been criticized by many Islamic preacher for leaving his jurisdiction to meddle in what does not concern him, but such outburst of anger and emotions show clearly that terrorist ideologies might have already taken roots in Yorùbáland. It is a time bomb that may soon explode.

Some social commentators have also condemned Alfa Legba, claiming if it is this kind of character that will populate the so called Al-jannat, they will prefer to stay away from it.
