1. In the 80s and even 90s, the children are free, carelessly happy with neighbouring friends with all materials and different soil types developing naturally creative ideas like “Constructing Birds House with glint of light, ‘Making Kite and device methods of cutting it loose in the mid-air by nailing a particular spot which works most times, waving hands at Egrets to give signs to our fingers, which miraculously bring white spot to our fingers tip…… Now, Our children are caged killing all their natural abilities all in the name of safety and hygiene as civilization dictates.

2. In the 80s and 90s, we usually eat fresh foods and fruits because farming is for those poised to be rich and feed their family. Locust beans is the sweetener of soups which is more nutritious and sumptuous. Now, we eat canned foods, refrigerated foods as Maggi becomes the saviour of all foods and Cancer is the direct result.

3. Walking barefoot has been our old practice, not because we are dirty or unkempt, but it has its health values. Haven’t you noticed that our old people do not complain about numbness in the leg? Walking barefooted has its own health benefits. Nowadays, most of us only walk barefooted on our tiles in the bedroom or sitting room. Walking on coarse sand helps the blood flow more easily.
