BIMBILLA NANIMA- NAA YAKUBU SAVIGU TO NAA ABARIKA

Naa Yakubu Savigu whose appellation was Savi suŋ Ni laɣam Kuriti, Gampelisuŋ ni laɣam niriba”, there was a serious misunderstand before he became Bimbila Naa, because Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa who wanted to use his title to become Bimbilla when someone was holding the senior Title Nakpa. Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa was driven away after Naa Peinkpa sent him to help his brother Yaa Naa Abdulia Naɣibiԑgu to fight the Bassari. He was convince that he will become the Next Bimbila Naa after Peinkpa which was not possible.
He went and settle Krachi in the Volta region this made his junior brothers to rise to Nakpa leaving him behind. When Naa Toli died and Nakpa Naa Yakubu Savigu was told to become the next king he became serious and said the Juo Naa shouldn’t enskinned him or else he will attack him. Juo Naa Post pond the enskinment of Nakpa Naa Yakubu. Dakpam Naa Bukari regent of Naa Peinkpa told Juo Naa to go ahead with the enskinment and told Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa to prepare well. Naa Yakubu was enskinned peacefully that night with no interference from Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa, he went back to Krachi and founded the Banda community, few months after Naa Yakubu enskinment he came back and attack him and killed him.
Dakpam refused to call Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa his father (Bimbilla Naa). He also prepared and killed Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa at Kpatinga area know Walinpaw-ni, the death of Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa which was mysterious brought forth two gods (Chebto ancients pots& shrine and Pinaa shrine &cave) .
After he killed Bakpaba Naa Iddrisa he gave his chance to become Bimbila Naa to his Uncle Chamba Naa Wahu. Naa Wahu appellation was “kundung kurili lupkaha ka kundung bihi wari waa, lamihi dapali bankaɣizali ni gurigu, Abarika dapali ban ti suɣa ni mei-ya Dakuɣu din daŋ duu ni kari wori” which means “An old Hyena falls sick and the young ones are dancing, those who prepare would be disorganized, those erected thatch structures will build houses and the first fuel wood that enters the room will prevent cold”.
He was succeeded by Naa Ziblim Kuntibsa followed by Naa Mahami. Naa Salifu was supposed to be the 25th Naa but he was arrested and detained by the Germans at Krachi during his reign, Naa Mahami who was the next behind him became the Bimbilla Naa. He was succeeded by Naa Haruna and was also succeeded by Naa Salifu who was released from Krachi. It was the Turn of Dakpam Naa Attah but he agreed to let Naa Salifu to become and continue his term. Naa Salifu appellation was Nama sagkurili, Naŋu ni min di nam zang zali beigni nlaɣi di”
Naa Abdulai Kurugu kpaa became the next king after Naa Salifu and was succeeded by Naa Nantogmah II. He was the Nanuŋ Gbungbalga Naa before he became Bimbilla Naa, he rule for 15 years. After his death Naa Dassana became the Bimbilla Naa. There was a misunderstanding between Nakpa Dassana and Bakpaba Naa Dawuni, the latter claimed he was oldest person in the Gbuɣuma Yili birth and Nakpa Naa Dassana was senior by Title, but it was resolved and he was enskinned peacefully he ruled for 22 years his appellation was “Gbungbun turi babli dabayi babli beliya”.
After Naa Dassana, Naa Abarika whose brother was Naa Nantogmah II and are from the same mother like Naa Peinkpa and Naa Toli who also had the same mother all happen in the Bang Yili royal gate. He rule for 16 years before he died in 1999, his appellation was “Gbanbeigu. So yipri so yoɣim mo” which means “a strong skin, you will disturb it and leave it, if somebody misbehave, him/her was influence by another person.
