Abia Man Tragically Ends His Life After Losing N2.5 Million to Betnaija
A vibrant young man from Arochukwu in Abia State sadly took his own life on Tuesday after allegedly losing N2.5 million to Betnaija.
In a heartbreaking post on his Facebook wall, Onoh expressed that this would be his last day on earth as he prepared to meet his maker.
Tragically, unbeknownst to everyone, he had already ingested a lethal dose of sniper before making the post.
Medical professionals at Madonna Hospital Umuahia fought tirelessly to revive him, but their efforts were in vain.
It has been reported that Onoh had lost a substantial amount of money to Betnaija and was overwhelmed by the shame and pressure from those he had borrowed money from.
This devastating incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of gambling. I have always urged out young people to steer clear of such activities, as it have the potential to ruin lives. Although there may be occasional wins, it is crucial to calculate the overall amount spent on gambling and subtract any winnings, revealing the substantial losses.
