SOUTHERN IJAW PDP CAMPAIGN TRAIL HITS MATERNAL HOME OF HER CANDIDATE, OBOLOLI, TO RECEIVE ROYAL BLESSINGS FROM CHIEFS COUNCIL AND CLAN HEAD.

The PDP standard flagbearer Hon. Target Segibo, his running mate Dr Mrs Josephine Akandi Ekeuwei and the 17 Ward Councilorship candidates of the PDP in the forthcoming April 6th Bayelsa Council Elections took their campaigns to Obololi community, the maternal home of the chairmanship candidate Hon. Target.
The event which was held at the community centre, had in attendance all the Tarakiri Clan Community leaders including the Tarakiri clan head His Royal Highness, King, Rufus Liolio where the different community leadership took turns to pray for the chairmanship candidate, Hon. Target their son, his running mate, the entourage and the 17 Councillorship candidates.
The Clan head used the same opportunity to send special appreciation message to the executive governor of Bayelsa State, Sen. Douye Diri for making the candidacy of their son Hon Target a reality, The Chiefs, Elders, Women, Youths and Children of Tarakiri Clan were all Happy and the atmosphere was joy filled as they also send prayers to the governor to succeed in this his second term.
Indeed it was a home coming of a great son as the event was truly a colourful one, the event had in attendance various leaders across the state and even members of the opposition political party where in attendance, notable amongst those in attendance where Hon. Koripamo Ogili, Hon. Ikoro Willabo, Chairman PDP Southern ijaw Local Government Area, Surveyor Augustus Ogoun DG Campaigns Silga PDP campaigns council, Hon. Ebipadei Apaingolo, Secretary Silga PDP campaigns Council, HRH King Rufus Liolio Ibenanaowei of Tarakiri Clan Southern Ijaw LGA and his Council of Chiefs, Hon. Collins Baker, Chairman Mobilization Campaign team, Hon. Theophilus Douebi deputy chairman PDP Silga.
The event ended with rowdy photo session with the Chairman incoming and his loved one.
