The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Angola has explained that the two countries of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have basically agreed to hold a meeting where the ministers of the two sides will meet to achieve that goal.
The meeting will take place at a time, which is to be determined by the AU mediator in the DR Congo crisis.
