RESPONSE TO HON. DANIEL O. DANIEL DEFAMATORY REMARK AGAINST AMB. CHIJIOKE IHUNWO.

RESPONSE TO HON. DANIEL O. DANIEL DEFAMATORY REMARK AGAINST AMB. CHIJIOKE IHUNWO.

The attention of the Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter and South-South zone, His Youthfulness, Amb Ihunwo Chijioke has been drawn to a trending remark on social media by the Chairman of Abual/Odual local government area, Hon. Daniel Enaanopella Obutu Daniel, posted by his media aide, Don Peli Pelini Dugo, wherein the Chairman in an attempt to iron out an issue between him and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman in Rivers State, Hon. Aaron Chukwuemeka, cast aspersion on the peace loving, humble and pragmatic Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter and South-South zone, His Youthfulness Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo.

Everybody knows the nature and characteristics of Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo, that he is not a man prone to conflict, very unassuming. He is a man of peace and have followed peace with all men.

To set the record straight, Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo is not an indigene of Abual/ Odual local government area of Rivers State, and doesn’t have interest in the happenings of the area, let alone carry out a campaign of calumny against the person and administration of Hon. Daniel Enaanopella Obutu Daniel.

The Chairman has no dealing or affiliation with Hon. Daniel O. Daniel, wondered why the disparaging remark against him on paragraph eight (8) of the press release signed by the Chairman of Abual/Odual local government area of Rivers State.

As a man that is providing sound leadership to the youths of Rivers State, Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo cannot stoop low to the level of Daniel O. Daniel who has failed his people on all fronts. A man that only use the resources of the people of Abual/Odual for frivolities and self aggrandizement, thereby attaining to the level of monumental failure in the history of Abual/Odual local government area of Rivers State.

The Chairman call on Daniel O. Daniel to focus on how he has failed woefully in delivering the dividend of democracy to the people of Abual/Odual, and begin to think of what to do to appease the people that he has impoverished, as he will unceremoniously leaves office on the 18th of June, 2024.

The youth leader called on Rivers people to disregard and discountenance such remark for it is coming from an incompetent man who lacks the requisite capacity to provide leadership to his people.

Signed:

Dr. Amadi Eze
