"What the fuck really happened?" Philomina was boiling

"Who brought in that unhealthy smoke?" Jessica asked

"Where is Gina?" Philomina asked

"We ran out together" Jessica replied and then we were all wondering where she could be.

We were all not relaxed and then my woman appeared. So, I had to take on my earpiece.

"Didn't I tell you?" She asked

"About what?"

"The fact that you must not trust all your friends" she said and that got me confused

"Please what do you mean?" I asked

"I mustn't spoon-feed you with everything. Think, Gina, you must think. Be intentional about everything"

"Chai! See motivational talk" I said in my mind

"Say whatever you want but more than one of your friends are behind the failure of this plan and that is what you must figure out first"

"What do you mean by 'you' what about 'us'?" I asked

"Us? Us have scatter. Us have tdied. Us have twama"

I began to laugh out so loud.

"This one loud o. Spirit dey speak pidgin and slangs. Na wa o" I said

"Well in between your research, you will get a shocker. So, make sure you guard your heart with diligence" she said and then disappeared.

"What the fuck is happening?" I asked aloud

"What is wrong?" Jessica asked

"Wait, where is Gina and why isn't she here by now?" I asked

"She is your namesake, maybe we should call her" Philomina said

I tried reaching her via phone call but it was bouncing back.

"Not reachable" I said

"That is strange" Jessica said

It was then I remembered Eric was suppose to battle with thieves around his house and so I called him.

"Hello babe!" He said

"How you doing?" I asked

"I'm fine and you"

"I'm fine. How were you able to settle the issue?"

"Oh! It was nothing. I told you I could handle it. Where are you now?" He asked

"I'm at the hostel" I replied

"Did you hear about what happened outside school today?" He asked

"Yes, I heard o"

"Hope you were not part of it?" He asked

"I wasn't" I lied

"Would you want to hang out with me?"

"I would have loved to but right now I need to rest, sorry" I said

"It's ok! Make sure you rest well ok?"

"Alright! Thanks love."

"Abeg miss lover girl try Gina number again" Jessica said

I tried it again but it wasn't going through and then we decided to wait till evening time, if she doesn't return, then we shall go look for her.

I climbed my bed and then the scenes in the hotel began to come back to my mind and then one by one I kept trying to pick up vital situations but I couldn't.

I knew that the person behind the smoke as distraction was somebody I know. Apart from that, it means the person is working with the lecturer.

Does that mean they also had a plan while foreseeing a possible plan from my side?

And what does my other side mean by 'two out of my friends?'

One thing is certain I could suspect Gina even though I wasn't sure about it but who is the other person?
