Chapter 20

I went to the lecturer office but this time I went alone. It was as if he was waiting for me already.

"Good morning Sir" I greeted

"Please, let's skip the pleasantries. Are you ready with my answer?" He asked while I stood there looking at him as if I should just stab him with a knife already.

"Yes Sir. I will do it as you want" I finally but reluctantly answered

"That's my baby girl! Now you are behaving like a matured girl. So when should we do it?" He asked

"You can decided on any day Sir but not today as I have a lot to do today" I lied but was all in the plan

"Where do you think would be ok?" He asked

"Where is your preferred place Sir?" I asked

"Do you mind if I book a hotel room?" He asked

"You mean outside the school?" I asked

"I'm sure you are not dumb" he said

"Which of the hotels Sir?" I asked

"I don't know yet but I will text it to you after I'd make a choice" he said

"Alright sir! Can I go now?" I asked

"You can go and please when I call, don't keep me waiting because I'm a lecturer not a Waiter" he said and smiled

"Ok sir" I said and left

I took out my phone and played a little of the voice record I made and then I smiled and walked away.

On checking my time, it was almost time for lectures and then I began to run to the hall.

I got to the class and the students were there already but no Lecturer and so I took a deep breath before entering.

I used my eyes to search Eric everywhere but couldn't sight him.

I decided to sit down and then wait for the lecturer. It was then I remembered I didn't continue reading my favourite novel the other day that witch distracted me and come to think of it, I haven't heard from her today.

I guess spirit do get off days too. I brought out my phone and began reading HIGH SCHOOL GAME SEASON 1.

In the story, there was a girl names Star who kept encountering a dangerous man that later turned the Game Master of her school but her encounters with him weren't a good one.

At first she was the only one that could see him and he kept tormenting her until the day he was announced as the Game Master.

Star was also in love with a guy called Jason (I turned around to check whether Eric had arrived but he was no where to be found in the class) the story seems to want to resemble my situation only that Star wasn't raped but I know the student would suffer a lot later on.

"Gumewrites really tried in writing this novel. I wish I could see him in person and tell him how wonderful and entertaining his novels are and most importantly, they teach a lot of lessons" I said to myself as I then switch to my music app and then I played my favourite song by Akon (Lonely). I loved how my earpiece was so loud.Tbct�Yeah, I woke up in the middle of the night and I noticed my girl wasn't by my side.

Could have sworn I was dreaming for her. I was feenin' so I had to take a little ride

backtracking over these few years, trying to figure out what I did to make it go bad because ever since my girl left me, my whole life came crashing and I'm so Lonely....🎧

And then out of nowhere, I felt the left side of my earpiece moving out of my ears slowly but I'd closed my eyes enjoying my music that by the time I reacted to that move, I only found Eric sitting by my side with the left side of the earpiece in his ear, looking at me with his handsome dark face.

I looked at him.

"You are listening to this song,were you in any way missing me?" He asked but I ignored and gave him a big hug, a tight one that I could feel he was struggling to breath and then I kissed him.
