She is married to Sunday Omobolanle, a Nigerian comedian, playwright, film director, and producer. She is also the stepmother of Sunkanmi Omobolanle, who is likewise an actor.
Early Life
Peju hails from Okemesi in Ekiti State. Her father, Kola Ogunmola, was a notable figure in Nigerian cinema. She is the sister of Yomi Ogunmola, a well-known Yoruba actor who passed away in 2003.
Career
Peju has excelled as a comedian, playwright, director, and producer. Some of her most recognized works include Maradona (2003), Mafi wonmi (2008), Toromade (2009), and Apaadi.
In July 2017, Peju Ogunmola, along with Tubosin Odunsin, was a guest at Osun State University (UNIOSUN) for an event called UNIOSUN Illumination. The program, held from July 20 to July 22, featured theater, dance music, talk shows, celebrity interviews, and empowerment seminars.
