5 REASONS WHY MOST AFRICANS ARE POOR
1.Most africans are religious. Most africans believe that God can make them Rich,if they pray hard. But forgotten God doesn’t give money but gives business ideas and strength to work it out. My people, God gives us maize to eat but we are the one to plant it. Though we pray to him to give us rain. We have the responsibility to go into the bush and get ourselves dirty. Do you go to the mountain to cry and pray for thirty days because you want God to give you maize? If no, then you don’t have to go to the mountain to beg God to give you money. You just have to understand how money is being made just as there are principles of growing, planting and harvesting maize, there are principles of making money too.
2. Most africans still love job. Over 70% of Africans love to be employ by government. African SOCIETIES many has been conditioned that after one graduated you must get a government work. The Time african man would be advising his child at the age of 7 that , sanbah work Hard to get government work to amass wealth, likely he would grow up of the mentality that he must work in government office. white man would also advising his child to be self reliance, this child may finally growing up with the ideas of creativity, innovation and critical thinking.he knows government aid is limited so he is planning of creating a job for himself.
3. Most africans hate knowledge.we fail the practicality of our knowledge, this happened in our educational system. Before I can plant a maize I have to understand the principles of planting, growing and harvesting maize. How do we do this? By fasting? My grandfather, DAYIRI was a farmer, he taught my father Mr.sanbah how to farm. My father taught all of his children how to farm. Without the practicality of how to plant, grow and protect the maize from animals and insects and harvesting it. How can you get enough maize without the practicality of farming?
4 most africans are not business oriented. my fellows AFRICANS , I read about the youngest female millionaire, ELIZABETH HOLMES who started his company at the age of 19. How did a 19 year old lady get such courage to start a business? what do you think an average Africa 19 years old guys and girls are doing? Watching football matches, following fashion trends, getting busy with school to earn good certificate because that’s how our so call educational system has been made.
Nobody is out there to tell our Young adults that they are the hope of this continent, that they are the one to create jobs for themselves and others, entrepreneurs and not employees. How can we be rich as a continent when we are not creating business.
5. Most Africans interest on heaven. Many africans really believe to enjoy comfortable life in heaven rather than developing Africa. In many african schools, they teach children song like”’joy,joy,joy” when you go to heaven” many children are ENSLAVED on this, because the song state clearly that JOY CAN ONLY BE FOUND IN HEAVEN NOT ON EARTH. So many africans are working hard to go to heaven that you and I don’t know.how can a person working to go to heaven also having time to develop HIS CONTINENT as he was also told that the world will destroy.
What I’m suggesting to us the YOUTH OF AFRICA is that ,we cannot be Richer than other people around us except we know what they don’t know. BILL GATE AND DANGOTEY are rich not because God gives them money because they know what others didn’t know. They didn’t wait for God to throw money from the sky.
We too can create the society that we all want and Desire.
